Ski Learning Center:
Maverick Mountain is proud of it's Ski School. Certified by Professional Ski Instructors of America, our instructors are prepared to let you discover a world of skiing enjoyment no matter what your skiing ability. For beginners, the Discovery Area is set apart from high traffic area and designed to make learning to ski easier than you might think - and more fun than you might imagine.
Racing:
Two FIS Homologated race courses give Maverick's racing program world-class status. Recreational and competitive racing events are held throughout the ski season and race clinics are offered to improve skiing skills. Information and details are available through the Maverick Mountain Ski School
Ski Patrol:
Trained in the latest National Ski Patrol first aid techniques, our Ski Patrol is always ready to lend a helping hand.
Cafeteria & Thunder Bar:
Skiing builds great appetites- satisfy them with home cooked, casual fare at modest prices served in the cafeteria while enjoying the spectacular scenery of the East Pioneer Mountain Wilderness Area. When you are ready to unwind - or warn up by a roaring fire -- the Thunder Bar is the place to be.
Rental and Accessory Shop:
Need Rentals? No problem. the ski shop offers high-quality, well maintained ski equipment. Our staff prides itself on giving fast, personal service to get you on the slopes quickly. Snowboards are also available.
Little Maverick Nursery:
A convenient, modern facility with an experienced staff to care for your child while you experience the joys of skiing Maverick. Reservations Requested.
